Privacy on The Spurs Truth

This site doesn't run ads, doesn't sell anything, and doesn't track you across other sites. Here is the complete list of what happens when you read it, written by me and not by a lawyer.

What this site collects

Google Analytics runs on every page and tells me how many people read each post and which country they read it from. It sets its own cookies and its own rules apply to that data. I look at page counts. I have no interest in anything else it records, and none of it is sold or shared by me with anyone.

Alongside it, a small counter called Umami runs on this site's own server. It counts page views, the site that sent you and your country, sets no cookies, and does not keep your IP address.

What loads from other companies

The X posts embedded on the homepage load a script directly from platform.twitter.com, so X can see those requests the same way it would if you visited any page with an embedded post. Fonts load from Google Fonts. That is the whole list of third parties. There are no advertising networks, no fingerprinting scripts, and no social buttons quietly reporting your visit anywhere.

Email

If you write to hello@joshuamerrin.info, your message sits in my inbox and gets read by me. It is not added to any list, and there is no newsletter to be signed up to against your will.

Accounts and comments

There are none. Nothing to register for, nothing to remember a password for, nothing storing a profile about you. You read, you leave, and this site remembers nothing about you personally.

If any of this changes, this page changes first. Questions: hello@joshuamerrin.info.
